Facing ‘hiring crisis,' county extends squad take-home mileage for deputies

Wabasha County Commissioners on April 4 approved a Consent Agenda item which included a request by Sheriff Rodney Bartsh to extend the mileage range for deputies to take their squad cars home from 10 miles to 25 miles out of county.
