Field of Dreams is planted again to benefit St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center
In the middle of everything that is unusual in our lives right now, something very normal took place on the grounds of Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Wabasha. Planting of the Field of Dreams by the Schurhammer family has become a long-honored tradition that ushers in the growing season. This year’s corn crop, with all labor and expenses contributed by farmers and donors, will support Saint Elizabeth’s cataract surgery and ophthalmology services that will open this fall.
