Flooding closes one road, threatens another in Wabasha County

The Wabasha County Highway Department announced March 31 that 622nd St. (West Newton Road) near and west of boat landing is closed due to flooding along the Mississippi.

Wabasha County Highway 84 south of Kellogg and east of the south junction of Hwy 61 is forecasted to be closed by Mississippi River water elevation approximately Saturday, April 4, according to the department.
