The owner of Lake Pepin Floral and Gifts returned last week from a four-day scholarship course in Oklahoma City with all kinds of creative ideas for Christmas.
A favorite decorating feature she discovered there was frosted greens from Oregon. She has wholesale suppliers looking for a source now.
