Francie Warren appointed county Auditor/Treasurer

Francie Warren, former Chief Deputy Auditor/Treasurer for Wabasha County, was appointed Auditor/Treasurer during the County Board meeting on May 21 in Wabasha.
She succeeds Rhonda Otto, who left to work as Auditor/Treasurer in Scott County, southwest of the Twin Cities.
Warren has served 17 years in the Auditor’s office; she started as a part-time employee.
“I’m very happy,” she said regarding her new position. “Happy for the opportunity.”
