Goodhue County Board okays rezoning, swine feedlots

The Goodhue County Commissioners met in closed session on Monday, Sept. 1, to discuss employee union negotiations.
At the regular meeting that followed, they approved the consent agenda which included an off-site gambling permit for Wells Creek Riders Snowmobile Club; a Federal Recreational Trail Program Grant; and the 2015 Emergency Management Performance Grant contract.
