Goodhue County Historical Society Free Family Fun Day
On Sunday, June 5, the Goodhue County History Center will celebrate the agricultural heritage of Goodhue County and National Dairy Month with Free Family Fun Day, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
The State Grange of Minnesota will be offering a variety of hands-on learning activities, including butter-making, creating seed art, learning to march like a Granger, and exploring town ball, a 19th century predecessor to baseball. Admission is free to all of the museum’s exhibits as well. ArtReach will be providing an additional art station as well.
