Grant to help county help trafficked youth

On Feb. 23, Hope Coalition was awarded a 16-month grant by the Minnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault to create a Safe Harbor Protocol Team. This team will be formed as part of the Goodhue County Sexual Assault Multi-disciplinary Action Response Team (SMART). The SMART has been operating for more than a decade.
Goodhue County is one of a handful of Minnesota counties to be awarded this type of grant.
