Group to tour Albert Lea three-lane project

Albert Lea, Minn., keeps popping up in conversation as an example of how Lake City might look and function with a three-lane highway running through it.

So a group of local residents are going down there to check it out for themselves.

The Lake City Chamber is hosting a coach bus tour to Albert Lea on Thursday, Aug. 4, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., to see, drive, and learn about Albert Lea’s highway redesign.
