A Highway 61 referendum? 'No'

At several times during the Monday night City Council meeting to review the financing for resurfacing or rebuilding (as a three-lane) the four-lane portion of Highway 61 through Lake City, Councilmember Mary Lou Waltman called for putting the decision before voters in the form of a referendum.
