Lake City man charged with eight counts of sexual assault

A Lake City man is charged with sexual assault involving minor victims, according ot the Wabasha County Attorney's Office.
Wabasha County Attorney Karrie Kelly announced that Matthew Raymond Rahn, 42, of Lake City, has been charged with six counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree and two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree. The victims are under the age of 16.
