Lake City man convicted of December assualts
On May 23, 2017, a Wabasha County jury found 40-year-old Shane Lester Gullickson of Lake City guilty of three counts of criminal vehicular operation and two counts of assault in the second degree.
The crimes arise out of an incident that occurred on Dec. 31, 2016 where Gullickson hit two friends with his car after leaving a bar in Zumbro Falls, according to a Wabasha County Attorney’s Office news release. He then drove south on Highway 63 where he side-swiped a car, causing injury to the driver.
