Librarians provide annual update to Wabasha County Board

Wabasha County Commissioners on Oct. 15 heard an annual report from officials at public libraries which receive funding from the County.
Rochester-based Southeast Libraries Cooperating (SELCO) distributes 100 percent of county funding to libraries. Each library has a local board appointed by city officials, which direct spending. Each library distributes county funds for materials, programs, and Internet access.
