Man charged after allegedly threatening people with knife in downtown Lake City

Grant William Oly, 67, of Florence Township, is charged with second degree assault and threats of violence, both felonies, and carrying a pistol with out a permit, a gross misdemeanor, after being arrested by the Lake City Police Department on July 25, the department said in a news release.
