Man charged in alleged hit-and-run

A Woodbury, Minn., man is charged with a felony for an alleged hit-and-run accident in downtown Lake City Aug. 3 that left a pedestrian seriously injured.
Donald Wayne Calvin, 75, is charged with Criminal Vehicular Operation - Substantial Bodily Harm - Driver Who Causes Collision Leaves scene, according to the criminal complaitn filed in Wabasha District Court Sept. 9.
The felony charge carries a maximum sentence of three years in jail, a $10,000 fine, or both.
