Meeting to discuss inter-city transit in southeastern Minnesota

The last of four public meetings about inter-county and intercity transit service opportunities in southeast Minnesota will be March 17 in Winona.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation planned meetings in Red Wing, Northfield, Albert Lea and Winona to discuss how transit might be developed to meet the needs of residents, businesses, institutions and human service providers. A MnDOT planning team will present findings from its travel study and let community members know how they can provide input as the study moves into its final phase.
