Megan Smith named Goodhue County Land Use Management Director

Goodhue County Administrator Scott Arneson announced on Jan. 27 the hiring of former City of Lake City Planning and Community Development Director Megan Smith as the county’s Land Use Management Director. She had been serving as interim Land Use Management Director since November 2024.
“Megan comes to Goodhue County with a wealth of relevant expertise,” the county said in a news release.
