Offers popping up for downtown EDA property

Signs on the exterior of the building at 303 S. Lakeshore Drive let anyone passing by know that the site is available for development.

The site operated as a gas station for many years until it was purchased by Kwik Trip, which removed the pumps and donated the land to the Lake City Economic Development Authority (EDA).
