Ohuta Park plan moves toward final version, cost estimates

The Lake City City Council took another look at plans for the Ohuta Park and Marina Beach area during a special council meeting Monday, Oct. 21.

The council gave its final feedback on a preliminary design before WSB, the firm the city hired to help develop a plan for the area, develops a final plan with a 3D rendering and cost estimates.

A design based on feedback from a joint meeting of the council, Marina Board, and Streets and Parks commission, as well as subsequent council discussion, served as a starting point.
