Pop Up Museum features coming of age

On Aug. 5, from noon to 8 p.m. people are invited to visit the Goodhue County Historical Society’s booth at River City Days in Red Wing. The theme of the Pop Up Museum is “Coming of Age” in support of the historical society’s current exhibit “Coming of Age: The 1968 Generation.”
People are encouraged to bring an object, photo, and/or story related to the years they came of age – those tween, teen, and young adult years. Some ideas are to bring in an old retainer case, an album from those middle school years, a favorite band t-shirt, etc.
