Purchase agreement signed for 303 S. Lakeshore

A monthslong process has culminated in a signed purchase agreement for the property at 303 S. Lakeshore Drive.
According to the agreement, the Lake City Port Authority will sell the property for $190,000 to Rochester-based Meier Companies, which will combine it with the other parcels on the block to construct condominiums.
The Port Authority board approved one purchase agreement earlier this year, but the company didn’t sign.
