Restaurant owner gets 180 days for felony sexual misconduct

On Dec. 31, Enver “Andy” Iseini, 52, of Lake City, was sentenced for the crime of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree, a felony, according to the Wabasha County Attorney’s office.

He had previously pleaded guilty to the crime on Aug. 7. The charges arose from him having sexual intercourse with a 17 year old girl who worked at the restaurant he owns, the Lake City Family Restaurant.

Iseini was sentenced to serve 180 days in the Wabasha County Jail, 15 years of probation and must register as a sex offender.
