Soup and chili; Santa coming to Mazeppa
The Mazeppa Area Historical Society is hosting its seventh annual soup and chili luncheon Saturday, Dec. 9, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Mazeppa Community Center. The meal is served with fixings, dessert and beverage for a free will donation. Soup and chili are made by Charlie’s Eatery and Pub of Rochester.
Santa will be making a visit, sponsored by the Mazeppa Lions, and Christmas stories will be read by Dora Hellerud. Drawings for a twin size quilt made by the late Virginia Delva and cash prizes will also be offered.
