Dr. Soleil Arrieta, integrative and family medicine specialist with Saint Elizabeth’s Community Clinic, will share how holistic disciplines can help treat and combat symptoms of depression and anxiety. The session will explore the healing benefits of diet, exercise, mental conditioning, herbal remedies, and supplements that contribute to mental wellness.
