Standoff ends in two arrests

Two people were arrested following a nearly two-hour standoff at a Lake City residence Wednesday morning, according to the Lake City Police Department.
Police surrounded a home on North High Street Oct. 30 at about 8 a.m. looking for a man with a felony warrant for probation violation and drugs.
The suspect was believed to have a history of fleeing police in vehicles and on foot, police said.
