State bridge crack and joint sealing project underway

Motorists traveling on various state highways in Goodhue, Wabasha and Winona counties should plan for extra travel time as crews complete route and sealing work to help extend state bridges’ life expectancy, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Work began July 8 in Winona County, and will proceed to Wabasha and Goodhue counties, as weather permits. Crews will be working Monday through Saturday during daylight hours. It is anticipated that work should be completed in September.
