Tax forfeited Lake City home to go up for auction

Wabasha County Auditor/Treasurer Denise Anderson came before the County Board of commissioners at their regular meeting on March 20 to set the appraised value on two tax-forfeited properties.

The next step in the sale process is to set the date and time for the public auction.

All commissioners were present for this meeting, along with County Administrator Michael Plante and Assistant County Attorney Jake Barnes.
