A time to plan for the Lake City city council

At its final meeting of the year, the Lake City City Council looked over its work plan for the year and discussed a process for developing a 2019 work plan when the new council convenes in January.
In 2018, the council had a work plan and insisted that city boards and commissions create one as well.
