Traffic delays expected in Red Wing May 14

Motorists at Plum Street (Highway 58) and Third Street in downtown Red Wing will encounter traffic delays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, May 14 as construction crews conduct utility work and remove pavement and sidewalks, according to the Minnesota and Wisconsin departments of transportation.
Traffic will be directed through a single lane at the intersection with flaggers, meaning delays are likely. Motorists should seek alternate routes on Monday, May 14, if traffic backups occur in the work area. Pedestrians and motorists will have access to all businesses along the route.
