Tree limb causes weekend power outage

A tree limb knocked out power to a portion of Lake City Saturday when it fell on a power line, according to Lake City Public Works Director Scott Jensen.

“There was a large limb that fell on a three-phase power line on the north end of town,” he said. “It did significant damage but all was restored.”

Jensen said Monday that “The crew is looking things over again today to see if any other damage needs to be addressed.”
