Vehicles collide at stoplight, driver cited
A collision at the intersection of Lyon Avenue and Lakeshore Drive on Jan. 13 led to a citiation for one of the drivers, but no injuries, according to police.
According to the Lake City Police Department, at around 1 p.m., a vehicle driven by a 29-year-old male was westbound on East Lyon Avenue heading straight through the intersection. Another vehicle driven by a 24-year-old male was eastbound on W. Lyon Avenue. It turned left to head northbound on Lakeshore Drive and the vehicles collided.
