Wabasha County approves final plat for ‘Cornerstone Acres’

Wabasha County Commissioners on Feb. 6 approved a final plat request by Brent Beck of Cornerstone Real Estate LLC in Rochester, for a land division involving the creation of more than three new and residual parcels in West Albany and Oakwood townships.
The County Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on January 22 to hear testimony related to the request and voted 4-0 in recommending that the final plat for ‘Cornerstone Acres’ be approved as presented.
