Wabasha County approves highway maintenance agreements with cities

Wabasha County Commissioners on Aug. 18 approved highway maintenance agreements with the cities of Elgin, Kellogg, Lake City, Mazeppa, Millville, Plainview and Wabasha for 2027, at a total cost of $29,299.08.
The agreements are funded from the County’s State Aid Municipal Maintenance Apportionment.
