Wabasha County approves lease agreement with City of Wabasha

The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a lease agreement for an office on county property with the City of Wabasha during its meeting on Aug. 16.
The agreement sets the initial lease price at $12,000 with a 5 percent increase rate for a three-year contract, starting in 2023. This was done to bring the County’s leasing with the City of Wabasha to market rates for office space, as its previous lease agreements was expiring.
