Wabasha County Board approves $20k repairs to jail generator

At their regular meeting on Oct. 4, the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to repair the generator at the Criminal Justice Center (CJC) at a cost of $20,150 plus associated expenses. 

This was not an easy decision to make, as they are working with a tight budget for 2017, but, in order to maintain security and operations at the CJC, it had to be done.

All commissioners were present, along with County Administrator Michael Plante and Assistant County Attorney Jake Barnes.
