Wabasha County Board considers adding elected officials to county pay grid

At their regular meeting on Oct. 3, the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners discussed the pros and cons of putting the county’s four elected officials on the county employees pay grid.
No decisions were made at this meeting, but it is expected that a decision will be forthcoming as the board finalizes the budget for 2018.
All Commissioners were present, along with Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly.
