Wabasha County Board hears sheriff’s report, conducts two closed sessions
The major business at the April 20 meeting of the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners was two closed sessions and two presentations. There were also several items of regular business.
The closed sessions were held at the end of the regular meeting. The purpose of the first was to review and discuss potential/pending litigation regarding noncompliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
The second closed session concerned review and discussion regarding a potential settlement with Kevin Larsen Construction LLC in Houston.
