The Wabasha County Board agenda for the March 3 meeting had two action items, and the remainder of their business was approved in a single vote for the consent agenda. Board Chair Mike Wobbe was absent, and vice chair Rich Hall conducted the meeting. The remainder of the board – Brian Goihl, Cheryl Key and Don Springer were present, along with County Administrator Brian Buhmann and County Attorney Karrie Kelly.

In the first of their action items, the board heard the end-of-the-year financial reports as presented by Finance Director Debbie Koenig.
