Wabasha County board talks technology, solar

The Jan. 26 meeting of the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners was brief with several routine items of business. The meeting was followed by a commissioner work session. All commissioners were present, along with County Attorney Karrie Kelly and Administrator Michael Plante.
