Wabasha County Board: Use permits, disaster declaration, and an ominous budget update

The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners had a short action item agenda at their regular meeting on Sept. 3 – two zoning items and one concerning Public Health. All Commissioners were present, along with County Administrator Brian Buhmann and Assistant County Attorney Jordan Cook.

Zoning Administrator Kevin Krause was present for the two zoning items, both of which concerned Conditional Use/Interim Use Permits (CUP/IUP). Both had been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission and then forwarded to the County Board for final decisions.
