Wabasha County Hwy. 86 paving begins around May 16

Asphalt paving work is planned to begin approximately May 16th on Wabasha County Highway 86 (north of Plainview) between one half mile north of 570th St. to County Hwy. 4 near Whippoorwill, according to the Wabasha County Highway Department.

Work is expected to be completed in June. County Hwy. 86 will remain open to traffic, but one-lane traffic, traffic delays, and flag persons should be expected when work is on-going. Road users are advised to use alternate routes during road work.
