Wabasha County Hwy. 86 reopens

Wabasha County Hwy. 86 from approximately one half mile north of 570th St. to County Hwy. 4 (near Whippoorwill) is open to all traffic after being closed for reconstruction and culvert replacements, according to the Wabasha County Highway Department.

County Hwy. 86 will remain an aggregate surface until asphalt pavement is placed in 2024.
