Wabasha County puzzles over rising recycling costs

Zoning Administrator Kevin Krause informed the Wabasha County Board of Commissioners at the March 1 meeting that the cost for disposal of recyclable materials is going up, and discussed other ways that these materials could be handled. All commissioners were present, along with County Administrator Michael Plante and County Attorney Karrie Kelly.
