Wabasha gets $450k for new barge terminal

Wabasha Port Authority will construct a new barge terminal thanks in part to a $454,876 grant from the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT).
The $625,500 project will include dredging of existing access channel and placement of the dredge cut material on the adjacent barge terminal site to raise elevation to create the five- acre terminal pad and access road.
