Wabasha man wanted after drug conviction

A man convicted of a drug felony after fleeing during his trial is still at large, Wabasha County Attorney Karrie Kelly said Monday.

On April 12, a Wabasha County jury found Donald Albert Strobel of controlled substance crime in the first degree and controlled substance crime in the second degree.

Strobel, 52, of Wabasha, sold over 10 grams of methamphetamine on five occasions and, when arrested on Dec. 20, 2016, was found in possession of more than 25 grams of methamphetamine.
