A contractor working on behalf of Xcel Energy will be doing restoration work in some areas of Lake City where natural gas upgrades took place last year, according to an Xcel spokesperson.

“Weather permitting, in the next few weeks our contractor, Q3, will be wrapping up the restoration work that follows the natural gas infrastructure upgrades that were completed late last year. This work includes concrete and grass restoration,” said Matthew Lindstrom, an Xcel media relations representative.
