Who in the world would be crazy enough to place the probes of a 100,000-volt stun gun on their bare thigh, turn off the safety, and flip the switch? Obviously, someone who has no idea of the consequences. We have all experienced an electrical shock probably just from wintertime static electricity to perhaps a real jolt from a car battery or electrical outlet, but they were unexpected. Would you take a jolt on purpose?
