To the editor:
I am writing to thank and recognize our outgoing mayor and city council members for their years of service.
For those of you that have worked with past Mayor Joel Beckman I think you will agree that our community has benefited from his state, county and city administrative experience and skills. Joel has a leadership position with Dakota County and our city has benefited from his talent.
