Letter: A nuisance to people, a danger to dogs

To the editor:
As a dog owner in the Jewel, I often walk my dog in the neighborhood, around town and at city parks, including Hok-Si-La. As Biscuit and I dodge the droppings from other dogs, it’s clear to see that some dog owners are not following the city’s ordinance regarding their dog’s feces.
