Letter: A special performance for late, great musicians
To the editor:
On Sunday, as a lot of us were gathered on South Garden Street waiting for the parade to start, the Tiger marching band came by, heading to the football field.
Then they stopped right on the corner of Wisconsin and Garden streets. It was on that corner where former Lake City High School band director Steve Ritzenthaler and former Lake City High School choir director Bob Ruberto always watched the parade after they retired. They always cheered for everyone.
